  • 5-4-3-2-1 Grounding: 5 things you see, 4 feel, 3 hear, 2 smell, 1 taste.
  • Box Breathing (4-4-4-4): inhale 4, hold 4, exhale 4, hold 4 — repeat x4.
  • Progressive Relaxation: tense then soften muscles from toes to forehead.
  • Safe Place Visual: picture a place you feel safe; notice colour, texture, sound.
