Calm Corner

Take a moment. Breathe. You deserve gentleness.

  • Ground yourself with 5–4–3–2–1: notice 5 things you see, 4 you can touch, 3 you can hear, 2 you can smell, 1 you can taste.
  • Place a hand on your heart or belly and breathe slowly for a count of 5 in / 6 out.
  • Repeat an affirmation: “I am worthy of care. My feelings are valid.”

Ending on a Gentle Note

“You are not behind, you are not broken. You are moving at the pace your heart and nervous system can carry. That is enough.”

If this hub feels like a lot, that’s okay. You can bookmark it, come back later, or just take one small step at a time. Your story matters, and you deserve spaces that honour your pace.

🕊 Mini Calm Corner: unclench your jaw, soften your shoulders, take one slow breath in… and one long breath out. You’ve done enough for now.
