Worksheets for Professionals

Printable tools and gentle supports for professionals working with neurodivergent, disabled, and mentally health-impacted people — designed to be practical, respectful, and easy to use.

Use this page to browse professional-focused worksheet collections (e.g., wellbeing check-ins, communication supports, boundaries, regulation tools, planning templates, and classroom/support resources). Many resources work across settings — home visits, classrooms, clinics, community services, and disability support.

Content Notice (Read Before Downloading): Some worksheets may reference sensitive topics (e.g., anxiety, trauma, self-harm, grief, bullying, discrimination, burnout, or mental health symptoms). Each collection will clearly label sensitive content where relevant. Please skip anything that doesn’t feel safe for you or your client today. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a trusted crisis support line.

How to use these worksheets (quick guide)

Pick one tool at a time. Explain the purpose in plain language. Offer choice (write, talk, point, or do it together). Keep it strengths-based: “What helps?” + “What makes it harder?” + “What can we try next?”

Use as a session support

Print one page, complete together, then take a photo/scan for notes (with consent).

Use as a take-home tool

Choose 1–2 pages only. Too many handouts can overwhelm — smaller is kinder.
