Start Here: Neurodivergence
Not sure where to begin? This page helps you choose a manageable pathway through neurodivergence, everyday experiences, learning, executive function, sensory needs, support, accessibility, identity and practical resources. You do not need to understand every term or visit every section — start with what feels most relevant today.
Gentle notice
There is no single neurodivergent experience. Some people identify strongly with particular terms or diagnoses, while others are still exploring what fits. You can use this page without having everything figured out, and you can leave any pathway that does not feel useful to you.
Language, identity & context
Language around neurodivergence continues to evolve, and people may prefer different identity-first, person-first or community terms. Aspie Answers aims to use respectful, understandable language while recognising that individual preferences, culture, age, diagnosis and lived experience can differ.
Start with the situation that feels closest to yours
These are starting points, not boxes. More than one may fit, and what helps can change from day to day.

Choose your pathway
When you need support rather than another page
Information can be useful, but sometimes the next step is a support person, service, professional, advocate, directory or crisis pathway. Use the support links below whenever you need something more direct or immediate.
Move from information into something practical
Sometimes you need a clear explanation. Other times you need a checklist, worksheet, planner, visual support, guide, directory or a smaller next step.
