HOW TO LOVE A GUY WITH ANXIETY

HOW TO LOVE A GUY WITH ANXIETY   Hi, I did this one in complete with the one of “How to love a girl with Anxiety” which you can watch here I also decided that especially with the extremely small box of masculinity that our society and culture paint men in, it would be a great idea to do a video about “How to Love a Guy With Anxiety.” You see men can go through mental health issues just like us women yet they don’t talk about it themselves due to their egos in their way, or maybe it’s the way they were taught that they didn’t need to speak out about their feelings as they think that being emotional or some other feelings is a sign of weakness. This isn’t always a sign of weakness, however it’s quite the opposite. It shows courage and strength in a man that can actually talk and validate their feelings to their other half if they’re in a relationship. Some of the ways we need to understand is why it is happening in the moment, the triggers or causes for anxiety and where we are that could be setting off our anxiety. So, I encourage and urge men to speak out more about their mental health as it’s okay to ask for help. It’s okay to have a meltdown. It’s okay to be upset. After all, we’re all human. What to Do for a guy with anxiety- Here are some advice that I can think of right now and if there’s any men that do struggle with anxiety. Thanks for your support and watching.
