Content note

Some worksheets mention anxiety, depression, panic, self-harm urges, bullying, or feeling unsafe. You’re allowed to take breaks, choose the gentlest pages first, and come back later. If you feel unsafe right now, please go to the Urgent help section.

“You don’t have to do everything today. One small step still counts.” Pick one worksheet. Set a 5-minute timer. Stop when you need to.

How to use these worksheets (ND-friendly)

Option A: Micro-steps

Do just the first box. Or answer one question. That’s enough.

Option B: Calm first

Start with a grounding page (breathing / senses) before any “heavy” topic.

Option C: Support buddy

Do it with someone safe (friend, whānau, teacher, counsellor). You don’t need to explain everything.

Option D: Print or digital

Print it, use a tablet, or copy prompts into notes. Choose what’s easiest.
